New adjustable engine stabilizer

The original engine stabilizer was doing the job pretty well but I did notice that under high revs the belt would flap about a bit. That would suggest to me that it needed to be tighter. In addition when I added the Doppler variator the left peddle crank would just hit the variator nut. So I decided to make a new stabilizer but as I didnt know how much longer it needed to be. I decided to make an adjustable one out of angle iron for added rigidity. I installed it on the second hole and now the peddle clears the variator 'just'.
So i will have to see how it performs.

Red exhaust gasket maker

Since fitting the simonini exhaust I've had a problem with it leaking. I bought some red high temperature gasket maker and it seems to have done the trick.

Peugeot 103 dual vario running and variating!

Today i dropped the jet size from a 98 to a 95 which immediately made a difference allowing the motor to rev higher before it bogged down. I took a short video to show both pulleys variating.

Peugeot LED taillight fitted

Today I fitted the new taillight on the Peugeot. It was pretty straight forward as I always wire up my lights to be permanently on.

LED taillights

I ordered two LED taillights (same as I used on the Tomos) for my Peugeot and Sinclarios Puch. Super bright!
